Organic Milk Thistle Virgin Oil, cold pressed, 250 ml

Organic Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) oil is used as a food supplement. The cold pressed oil is carefully selected from high quality milk thistle seeds. In Poland, Milk Thistle is grown e.g. Lublin, Kujawy and Greater Poland regions. It is characterised by the mild aroma and flavour of milk thistle seeds and their light colour. It is recommended to use oil only unheated. Recommended dosage is aboutteaspoonful (5 ml) three times a day, 30 minutes before or with meals. Recommended daily dose: 15 ml (three teaspoons). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for the body to function properly.
