This wonderful item comes in roughly 2-2 1/2 lb. triangular roasts and works well in dishes that call for beef short ribs or beef stew.   Also known as “chuck flat” this roast loves to be slow cooked or smoked.  Price is per piece with each one feeding 3-4 people.
