Hanger Steak (aka Hanging Tenders) have become one of our most popular cuts as our customers love their dense, beefy flavor and surprising tenderness. Hangers usually weigh anywhere from 8-12 oz. Similar to flanks and skirts, they work well as a quick grill item but are surprisingly good on the smoker.  We sell them in pairs which provides you with enough hanger to comfortably feed up to 3 people.
