This appliance uses LP Gas and requires a minimum 9Kg bottle to operate. To operate the griller simply press and hold the braai knob/s for a couple of seconds. While pressed turn 90-degree anti-clockwise to self-ignite. Release the knob, turn clockwise or anti-clockwise to adjust fame.
