Description Chinese Cabbage is a green leafy vegetable that has a tall, extended, oval shape with a semi-tight cone-shaped head. The head and leaves both are edible and can be eaten raw in salads or can be cooked stir-fried, lightly steamed, and served with sauce. The leaves and white stems (head) of the Granaat are crispy and soft, mild, and sweet flavored.
